I just finished Gary Vaynerchuk's Crush It!

Gary is honest, full of integrity and is probably the most driven man in business I've heard speak.

The book gave me a lot to think about:

1. What IS my passion anyway? It seems that I have so many. This is going to take some thought.
2. What is the best way for me to disseminate content? Vlogs, Blogs, Audio podcasts?
3. When I start getting a following, what level of commitment do I want to devote to my following? Gary's standard is extremely high, and is definitely not for everyone. Is it right for me?

A great book, I highly recommend it!
